Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

We create each piece with intention — designed to last, crafted to fit, and made to be lived in. Because of this, our policies are mindful, fair, and rooted in care.

Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

  • Incorrect size received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Alterations:

  • We recommend alterations through our in-house team, as our karigars understand the construction of each piece intimately.
  • Alterations start at ₹500
  • Final cost depends on the nature of the request
  • Pricing remains consistent across all orders

Important: If a garment is altered externally, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any damage or tampering will void all support

Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure)

  • All custom pieces are made specifically to your measurements and preferences.
  • These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • However, we do offer alteration support to ensure the best possible fit.

Returns & Exchanges (Standard Sizes Only):

We accept returns or exchanges on standard-sized pieces under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video - to ensure transparency and fairness, an unboxing video is required for any return, exchange or issue claim. The video must:
    1. Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
    2. Clearly show the package being opened
    3. Highlight the issue (if any)

Resolution Options

Based on the case, we offer:

  • Exchange (subject to availability)
  • Store credit
  • Free correction/alteration (if applicable)

Shipping Policy

  • Pre-paid COD- In case of rejecting the delivery, the pre-paid amount paid is non-refundable. 
  • Orders are processed within 10-15 business days (Monday-Saturday)
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location
  • Custom orders may take longer due to production time

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
