Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

We create each piece after we receive an order that is designed to last, crafted to fit, and made to be lived in. Because of this, our policies are mindful, fair, and rooted in care.

We offer a credit note after it is passed a quality check once received.

Note: INR 250 will be deducted from store credit in case of returns (Freight charges).

Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

Incorrect size received
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Custom-made garments
Minor variations in color or texture (due to fabric nature/lighting)
Products altered externally
Damaged or used garments

Alterations:

We recommend alterations through our in-house team, as our karigars understand the construction of each piece intimately.
Alterations start at ₹500 (including freight).
Final cost depends on the nature of the request
Pricing remains consistent across all orders

Important: If a garment is altered externally, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any damage or tampering will void all support

Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure)

All custom pieces are made specifically to your measurements and preferences therefore, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
However, we do offer alteration support to ensure the best possible fit.
Custom made orders are prepaid to avoid cancellation at the time of delivery.
There might be extra charges for custom colours, please contact the team directly to know more about customisations and charges.

Returns & Exchanges (Standard Sizes Only):

We accept returns or exchanges on standard-sized pieces under the following conditions:

The garment must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. (Delivery timelines vary based on location)
Urgent/ Express shipping: Order is Prepaid so we can send it via fast-track courier services, along with a delivery fee( depends on the location).
